This cushion is amazing! I got the shade 23 (basically "sand/light" in western shade, and "honey/sand/tan" in Korean shades-sometimes "natural"). //shade 21 in western brands is usually "fair/light/ivory"//
Hera is definitely a high-end brand, which means their products are more costly... but I think the cushions are worth it. This cushion has pretty great coverage, but not acne coverage. If you have small blemishes the cushion will cover it but, if you have lots of big blemishes you will need a concealer. It is dewy but not SUPER dewy, more like natural dewy. Although it's dewy, oily skin people can use it (may need to powder//or you can use Hera's matte cushions). When I wear this, I don't get the 'heavy' makeup feel. It's really thin but still gives a nice finish and coverage.
The applicator is really nice. It's the basic cushion puff lol. You can also use the cushion with a brush and it'll still look really nice.
Just a FYI: it's better to use 'dewy'(or more moisturizing) base makeup for acne skin and for winter in order not to dry out your skin. It's better to use powdery (or matte) base makeup for summer to keep the oils back. (DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO)
Anyway, I definitely can and will recommend this. It has nice coverage, a nice finish, and doest break me out. It's also a good cushion for beginners who want to use high-end makeup and for people who have dry/combo/normal skin.
