This is straight up tea tree oil, no frills. I mix about 2 drops with my cosrx snail mucin essence to treat my whole face. I can't say I've seen any difference, but when I use it over my spots it seems to calm them down overnight. If you are looking to start out with oils, this is great as it is cheap so I don't have any regrets purchasing this!
