It is quite moisturizing and at first it kind of had a slight tacky feel but it goes away in 10 seconds. It an okay moisturizer, it doesn’t do anymore that moisturize. This would be too light for winter but perfect for summer. I’ll warn you though it does not have a pump type of mouth. It has like the type of caps most FTE’s have with I was kind of mad about. It’s not so watery so I have to shake it till it comes out. I would they would change the opening.
