I like how wonderfully the solid balm melts into an oil once you massage it into the skin. It doesn't make my skin feel tight nor dry once I wash it off, instead it does make my skin feel softer and smoother. The scent reminds me of tea tree oil (listed on the ingredients list), which I find pleasant.
