Ever since I got one of these a few years ago as a freebie with my order I have been addicted to them! It is the best thing I have ever used to deeply exfoliate my dry body skin. When you rub it vigorously you will see little rolls of skin come right off. I would recommend using it without body wash on it if you want a bit of a more intense exfoliation. Definitely a great product for a great price!
