These patches have been a miracle for my struggle with cystic acne. You must make sure your pimple has come to a head when you use these. I usually will lance or lightly pop the pimple and place one of these over the pimple. I will wear these overnight and sometimes even in the day when doing a few errands as I find them not too noticeable (and probably nicer to look at then my gross zits). I will repurchase these for as long as I continue to get pimples (which is hopefully not forever lol).
