I have red undereye circles and noticeable eyebags, and they're significantly reduced after I use these eye patches. The effect is temporary but it's still great. It's also very moisturizing around my eyes so the area around my eyes is a lot brighter and looks more awake after. They dry up after a while into a thin plastic-feeling gel and stop being absorbed. I tried to dissolve it in toner and hot water but it doesn't dissolve, which I thought hydrogel normally did. I end up throwing out the dried up part which feels a bit wasteful but the eye patch does work and feels very soothing. I haven't noticed any long term effects but they're a great treat for the eyes.
