This is both PA+++ and water-resistant, and performs really well as one of the cheaper options. It is slightly tinted in the attempt to minimize the fact that this does leave a white cast. It absorbs fast, dries down and doesn't pill. It requires thorough cleansing to get off. I have other sunscreens lined up after this one, but I will probably repurchase since it is so inexpensive and performs well for me.
