This is very moisturizing and I use it after my skincare and sunscreen and before my makeup. It gives your skin a very subtle glow and I find my makeup looks nicer during the day. It doesn’t make my face oilier and I do tend to have combination to oily dehydrated skin. The texture is not greasy, it feels like a gel with a little bit of a slip to it and doesn’t irritate my skin. This isn’t the type of base that hides your pores, it just makes your skin look very healthy. This is good for the cold Canadian weather under makeup and I think it’s light enough to use the rest of the year too.
