This balm cleanser is amazing! It is able to melt and erase all my makeup off without a problem. In addition, I personally like the citric scent of the cleanser, and it's not overpowering either. However, my only issue is that a spatula doesn't come with the cleanser, but luckily, I had extra spatulas on hand to use. This is my second time purchasing this particular item, and I definitely plan to repurchase this again in the future.
