It is very watery, slightly tinted and it is scented. I would not really recommend this product if your skin is very sensitive, but I think it does what it is supposed to do. It is also moisturizing and will make your face look shiny, which I do not personally mind. Although it does have a color I don't really think it gives a white cast, but if you have a deeper skin tone you may look a bit washed out.
