It is a mild and gentle cleanser with a very subtle fragrance but I also like the soft scent a lot. It lathers up when mixed with water and it actually seems to sort of "melt" the make up very well and doesn't require scrubbing or even putting much effort into getting it off and it washes away liquid lipstick very well too. It's a nice cleanser and I recommend it.
