This is my first scalp care pack, so I don't know how well this compares to others, and I don't really understand what it's supposed to achieve, but I personally like it.  I haven't noticed much of a change in my hair, but overall my scalp does seem more calm.  Usually my scalp is so uncomfortable in the summer, but this pack helps a little.  It has a very intense cooling sensation!  It's like that super powerful minty fresh/cold feeling when you first start chewing a piece of gum...only on your head!  I don't notice any difference in how fast my hair gets dirty again after each wash, which means this product doesn't make you greasy.  I think I'm losing less hair than I normally do, so that's good.  Overall, I think this is a good first scalp pack to try.  Apparently scalp aging is a thing (?), so I'm hoping this helps protect against that, even if it doesn't work miracles on my hair.
