I chose this shampoo because it looked like it doesn't have any bad ingredients, and I wanted a simple, natural shampoo that wouldn't make any of my hair problems worse.  My hair itself is on the dry side, but my scalp is nuts (it's kind of...greasy and dry/flaky at the same time?), so it's hard for me to find products that don't make my head feel gross, especially in summer.  I really like this shampoo so far!  It cleans well and doesn't weigh down my hair, clog my scalp, dry me out, or leave me oily by the next day.  My sensitive skin didn't react to it.  The scent is mild, natural (sort of herbal/minty), and pleasant.  It doesn't create lots of suds (there are some, just not a lot), so don't be surprised by that.  After washing, my scalp and hair felt clean, and my scalp felt balanced.  Would purchase again.
