I cannot talk about the tightening pore effect since I couldn't use that toner for a long time. My skin felt irritated, I guess because of the alcohol. I read few good reviews about this toner before ordering it. It might for a skin less sensitive to alcohol? I don't recommend it if your skin is sensitive and dehydrated.
