This loose powder is finely milled and luxe, the puff that comes with it is great for touch ups but using a fluffy brush is best for full face application. It smells faintly of herbal tea, which I liked, covered my skin without being cakey, and kept shine away all day. I would suggest this to anyone with any skin tone.
