I'm using this in conjunction with the Snail 96 Mucin Essence and I haven't had an issue with flaky skin since using the products! The cream has a pretty thick consistency but it spreads out easily, I think a little goes a long way but I use a larger amount (just a bit more than a pea sized drop) if my face feels more dry than usual. It really softens the skin without leaving it sticky which I like, and I wake up the next day with my skin feeling nice and smooth!
