Can't say for sure if this product helps or not with my acne problems. I'm not using it constantly, only when I have outbursts and together with the etude house pink powder. The redness and the pimples subside fast, but what exactly causes that, i can't be sure. Anyway, my impression is positive, I like the gel like texture and that a little goes a long way.
