These cheek patches are so convent to use! I usually use it in the morning after I wash my face and before my normal morning routine. It just gives me a extra layer of moisture and make my cheeks feel so soft. I keep it in the fridge for a couple of minutes before I use it so it's a bit cold and helps me wake up for school. I also think when the patches are cold, it helps reduce redness.
