I was expecting this to be more watery, but it actually has a quite thick texture. I absolutely love the color, and it looks pretty true to the picture. It does look nice on the lips, but if I don't wear a strong lip balm undereath it looks quite patchy and weird after less than an hour. I think this formula is not for me, which is a shame, because it does leave a beautiful light stain to the lips that looks amazing in color, but my lips are way too dry for it. I can use if for the gradient look, though, and it works nicely without getting too patchy.
