Definitely lasts well for 5+hrs without eating or drinking but even if you do end up eating/drinking, it leaves a very nice and natural tint to the lips making reapplying merely an option if you really desire the stronger vibrant look. I have this in Shy Orange and I think it looks quite bright but also wearable for a pick me up look so your face doesn't look too dead if it's one of those tiring days. Definitely recommended!
