This is a great lightweight toner for after-shower use before you slaughter on your actives (either Vitamin C serum, BHA, or AHA). I personally like to spray three squires onto my face (forehead, left cheek, right cheek), gently pat my face and than apply the active of the day. It does not leave a film of toner which may hamper the active's effectiveness. A tip: try not to spray into your eyes! It does sting a little if it gets into your eyes.
