I normally prefer brushes for applying makeup, but I wanted to try these sponges with foundation to see if they would give a more natural look. While I still prefer brushes, these sponges are great to use. They're soft but firm, don't tear, and are comfortable in my hand. I find that they're the perfect size and don't soak up too much of my foundation. With them coming in a pack of 20, and especially with the fact that they can be washed and used multiple times, I find them to be great value for the price.
