I bought this BB because I desperately needed a base product that would be gentle on my skin, lol. My skin was going through some serious irritation issues a few weeks ago in reaction to some products I had tested out, and none of the foundations I already had were gentle enough for my skin.

Thankfully, my order with this BB cream in it came the day when my skin irritation was at its very worst (painful, red, and almost felt like I wanted to claw at my skin. ugh). I used this along with the Dr. Jart Ceramidin cream, and in about 4 days my skin was back to normal. The Dr. Jart cream definitely did the heavy lifting in the healing, but I believe this BB cream also contributed, or at least was able to even out my skin without making it any more irritated.

This BB cream comes in just one shade, which is a light pink-beige color. I usually use a shade 21, but my undertone is yellow/golden, so this isn't a 100% match because of the pink undertone, but a few minutes after applying it adjusts and melds into my skin and looks very natural. With this, my skin looks quite radiant and it lasts all day.

The texture of this BB is a little more like a thick (but spreadable) gel than a cream. It feels like it has really good adhesion to skin. The finish is forgiving to irritated, flaky skin, but please note that it isn't heavy coverage. If you have some serious redness or blemishes, this isn't going to cover everything.

I really like this BB cream and I'm really glad I was able to use it when my skin was recovering. I'm still using it now even as my skin is back to normal, and I'm still enjoying it. This is a very nice BB and I may repurchase it when I run out. I can definitely recommend this for people with sensitive or even damaged skin, who are looking for a very gentle base makeup to use ^^
