Packaging looks really nice & dropper is easy to use. Product has light-fresh scent which doesn’t linger. I wouldn’t say that this is gel-more like an thicker serum & it’s milky white...it sinks in fast & for my dry skin it’s just not enough....I haven’t seen any improvements so far but I have high hopes
