I have very dry skin and this toner is so hydrating! I recommend layering it on 2-3 times for people with really dry skin for best results. It works best if you apply it with your hands directly to your face instead of using a cotton pad because of the consistency. It does leave a little bit of a ‘sticky’ feel at the beginning but that goes away once you also apply any moisturizer afterwards.
