I was expecting this toner to be very hydrating, but it is only slightly hydrating. Maybe I do not find it very hydrating because I do not live in a very humid climate? I need to add another toner on top. It does make the rest of the skincare products sink in much faster which I really like. This toner is not greasy. I will finish using this toner, but I won't repurchase.
