No 15 is a cherry red on my dark lips. It’s Consistency is similar to that of a liquid lip. It doesn’t make my lips feel dry and doesn’t cling to my dry patches. Although when I eat or drink it’s gone, so this would not be great for a night at the club or a party. It’s a good lip tint in general.
