Decent pencil liner but not waterproof. The shade of brown I picked was very nice for when I do not want to use a black one and want my eyes to look more natural. Shame that it is as good as a normal pencil, definitely very easy to smudge and gives panda eyes... If you do not mind it might smudge it will be okay for you, otherwise look elsewhere!
