This was my first peripera lip product. After reading so many positive reviews from bloggers, youtubers. and on review make up Asian beauty sites I decided to try it. I generally have dry chapped lips and was afraid of using a velet lipstick. I wont recommend using it just right on the lip. It's not exactly drying but definetly not moisturizing. I recommend using a lip chap and then a lip liner then the lipstick. over all a safe product for relatively dry lips.
