This is a good gentle version of a pore cleansing strip. I have used different types of pore stripes from Korean / japanese beauty and  Biore. The other ones seem more harsh on the skin when peeling it off but this is thin enough where it doesn't hurt too much. In terms of effectiveness, I think that they work just as well as the harsh feeling ones. The trick is to cut off a small piece to angle onto parts of the face where teh nose strip wont stick on properly!!
