It's rich and creamy in texture, yet it dries matte and feels light when it's soaked in. Even in summer, I get some pretty dry skin around my nose and chin, and it looks really bad and flaky when I apply foundation. But I tried applying foundation after using the Skin Watchers ceramizing cream, and it looked great -- nice and smooth. I also have somewhat sensitive skin, and this wasn't irritating at all.
