These sheet masks are great for calming your skin after peels or other dermatological procedures, but espeically after sun exposure! I think they might be the same as the Holika Holika 99% Aloe Gel (or at least very similar), but in convenient sheet mask form. I use them after hair removal, going out in the sun, or after applying acids in my evening routine, and they calm my skin down immensely, all the redness goes away and my face feels hydrated without being sticky! For added cooling, I like to store them in the fridge before using.
