I have been using the NEOGEN rose toner for ages and have been looking for some alternate toner in my routine. I ordered this one to try it out mostly because I wanted to test out the mugwort ingredient and because, honestly, I loved the packaging of the product. Since I have tried soooo many toners and had not actually liked any, I was not expecting much form this one and surprisingly I found this particular one really satisfying for my skin. Will not be rushing to repurchase it but I know where to turn to whenever I wish to alternate my favourite toner.
