I have very sensitive skin and this is completely fine for me, I even brush it over my eyes (when they're shut!) and it causes no irritation. This is good if you want a very deep clean into your pores. When the brush comes out of the packet the bristles have a slightly orange hue, but it didn't look used at all, I think that's just the colour they are.
