I was
looking for a brown pencil liner and decided to try this because the packaging
was cute. Whilst the liner draws very nicely on the back of my hand using light
pressure, it flakes off and looks slightly chalk-like on my eyelid. For lining
the bottom of my eyes it works fine though.
Another
pro is that it can be used to draw on freckles quite well.
I
probably would not purchase this again.
