The texture feels like a hybrid between a cream and a gel moisturizer. Sets nicely without leaving a shiny look, I like that since I have oily skin. Don't know if this will be enough for dry skin types. After you apply it plumps the skin a bit nothing dramatic though. Overall, nice cream, I am hoping to get more long term results from this cream as the company promoted in some of their research studies that it was supposed to increase adipose tissue (Fat cells) to give a fuller/thicker look to the skin. (Google Liftderm 2000 and you should find the company's research, they patented the ingredient )
