I have had sebaceous filaments on my nose FOREVER. And when I say FOREVER, I mean since about the time puberty hit in the 1990s. (I'm old.)

Up until using this product, I'd only been able to minimize them, however very slightly, by using extremely drying clay masks.

I've been using this product for a month or so now, regularly, and it has made a HUGE difference in the amount of sebaceous filaments visible on my nose. Some have disappeared completely, and the largest have begun to clean up and fade.

That being said, like any other "active", you should watch for reactions and patch test thoroughly. Even with the (expected) flare-ups in the beginning (which I mitigated with the use of LJH's Tea Tree Essence and Benton's TT Mist), I was still really happy with the progress I saw on my nose. I have always been extremely self-conscious of the SFs covering my nose and this is the first product I've ever used that made any kind of noticeable difference.

This is definitely HG for me now.
