I've never had a facial mist as part of my skincare routine but as I've been looking into tea tree products lately (it helps with post-skincare actives irritation) this piqued my interest. At its price point, it's definitely worth it to try!
I've been using this either as a post-workout refresher and as a midday refresher on a face that's got a bit of oil on it.
I find that after a workout, I don't want to wash my face at the gym, but a few pumps of this onto my face and some patting in definitely helps me feel not so yucky and manages to give me a bit of hydration.
When I use this midday, I typically mist my face a few times, pat it in with my hands and then wipe off any excess with a cotton pad. It feels like a nice refresher midday at a time where I normally start producing oil.
I know some people have had problems with the pump on this and I think Benton skimped a bit in product with this pump. I definitely get a fine mist out of the pump, but it also comes out kind of hard and fast. It would be nice if the spray mechanism were a bit softer rather than just sort of spitting out the product. I think the cheap pump is my only real gripe with this product and even then, it's not the end of the world.
If you have oily or easily irritated skin, this is probably a great little pick me up to try!
