I have cistic acne and was in the middle of a major breakout. This gel just saved me. At first I thought it wasn't doing anything for me, but then I tried spreading it all over my face and then applying it a lot in the pimple itself and that was the trick! In the next morning the pimple started healing, it wasn't hurting anymore and the size was a lot smaller. In about two days it was gone.
keep in mind that I'm talking about a huuuge internal pimple.
