I always repurchase this Eye Primer because I love the SAEM as a brand but also I love the performance of this primer. It makes the eye make up stay on a lot longer, especially powder eye shadow. It doesn't smudge as fast and at the same time it's not that siliconey and not drying at all. The price is also very reasonable so and I like the applicator. Overall it's just a very pleasant and convenient product and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to use eye shadow but has problems with smudges on the eyelids.
