Surprisingly gentle. A thick gray mask with tiny volcanic capsules that help exfoliate the skin when you rinse it off. A good addition to a routine when your skin is feeling extra rough and needs a more thorough cleansing. Has a nice cooling effect while evening skin tone. It may be a little too strong for sensitive skin or skin with rosacea since it has those little scrubby-bits in it, so be sure to patch test before use.
