A wonderful toner for those looking to brighten skin tone, moisturize, and help treat/fade acne. Watery consistency with a naturally sweet herbal smell, reminiscent of other green tea products. Effective at soothing skin after cleansing. I've noticed it helps clean out pores, but not as well as another toner I've tried (the Elrastory Light-Up Toner) which is my favorite. If you're looking for an effective but gentle toner, this is the one for you. But if you need something a little stronger to clean out the pores, you may need to search elsewhere.
