I got this toner because it's already cold where I live and I was looking for something that could moisturize my skin during this season.

The consistecy is as described, like honey. Doesn't feel that heavy on the skin but if you apply a lot of product it might leave a sticky feeling.

Doesn't make my skin oily and didn't break me out.

I wouldn't recommend this toner to people with oily skin since it'd be hard to absorb by their skin.

Side note: I've already tried all the toners from this line and so far my favorites are the rose water one and the aqua peel one.
