It feels like a moisturizer on the skin for me right now but it's winter so I might prefer a sun gel during the summer over this. It can feel a bit greasy in the beginning but once it sets, it doesn't feel greasy or drying. I don't think it accentuated my texture. I also don't think it has a white cast but my cushion shade is also 21 in Korean shades so I can't really tell. It's simply a great budget sun screen.
