Though there aren't many "small" patches, overall this is a pretty effective product. Pimples and zits in my experience are reduced. Not completely gone, simply reduced enough for me to cover them up with some concealer. Really wish there were more smaller patches though, I feel like I'm wasting the product when I'm forced to use the bigger patches. Oh well.
