Perhaps not as hyped up as it is, it certainly isn't horrible at the very least. It does contain alcohol, which can be rather drying for people who have combination or dry skin; but in a sense it is moisturizing. I've been using it on my hands and I can clearly see the effects (so soft!!). Overall is it a great product? Subjective. It is though, a great steal given the price of it (and how much you get). Good if you don't want to splurge too much on a product for moisterizing.
