This is my first time using such kinda patches :) Please read the instruction before: the hydrogel patch is put between two stiff base sheets and you should separate them before you apply it to your neck. There is much liquid left in the pouch so you can apply it generously to the decollete area as well ;) I've already used 3 patches from this package - I like the result! As I sleep face down I have many "mimetic" wrinkles on my neck and these patches smoothed them significantly. The skin has become more bouncy and elastic :) Will repurchase them :)
