Unlike standard anti-cuperose creams (all those ones having thick and greasy/filmy texture and not suitable for my combination skin) the cream of this brand is absorbed very well and does not clog the pores. Of course, it won't repair the vessels which are already damaged but it will definitely firm and strengthen the "live" ones. I'll repurchase it.
