I have oily eyelids so most of the time the eyeliner smudges and some how wither end up on brow bone or vanish completely. This eyeliner promises to stay put no matter if its water, sweat or sebum. I put this to the test on my oily lids and viola I am amazed. This is 100% budget proof . As soon as this dries up. It stays on the lids until I wipe it off myself with a makeup remover
